Health Safety Policies
Updated: Thursday, March 10, 2022
The health and safety of our guests, artists, staff and volunteers is important to us. We will continue to monitor local, county, state and CDC guidance in addition to implementing the following policies.
We understand the concerns you may have as you consider attending events. As event dates approach, if you or a member of your group are not feeling well or are not comfortable attending the event, please do not attend the event. If you wish, please contact us as we may have options available to you.
VACCINATIONS
We encourage everyone who is eligible to be vaccinated.
MASKS
Patrons and guests may choose whether or not to wear a mask when attending ticketed events. We ask that all guests be respectful of one another’s choices. There may be exceptions required by some artists, productions, or events.
CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS
Cashless transactions are available at all facility operated sales points including the box office, bar, and concessions. Purchases at facility operated points of sale can be made with a valid debit or credit card, mobile wallet options such as Apple Pay, or cash if you choose.
AIR QUALITY
Much of the HVAC systems at both The DeYor Performing Arts Center and Stambaugh Auditorium are designed to not recycle the interior air. Instead, these systems at both facilities condition fresh air to be used in heating or cooling the interior spaces. The interior air is exhausted outside instead of being returned to the HVAC system.
SEATING
Ticketed events will be seated up to full capacity unless directed otherwise by the event producer.
TICKETS
Please consider our digital ticket delivery options. We also provide print at home tickets in addition to standard tickets printed on facility ticket stock. As a reminder, all guests must have a ticket.
ENHANCED CLEANING
We are following enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols.
CLEAN HANDS
Hand sanitizer is available at all entrances to our facilities in addition to other locations throughout each building. We encourage guests to wash their hands frequently.
PERFORMER & ON STAGE
The protocols followed by the performers and those on stage are determined by each event producer and those participating on stage.
ADJUSTMENTS
We will honor requests by event producers to add additional policies for particular events. In these cases, the additional policies will be made known to the event attendees.
All of these policies are subject to change without prior notice.
